Bug Fixes

  1. Fixed an issue where failed credit card payments were being incorrectly updated with a reversal and incorrect amount remaining.
    This will be followed up by a data clean up effort that will remove the erroneous reversal and fix the amount remaining value on the failed payment.

Platform Changes

  1. Retired Netflow Cloud support, with Netflow On-Premise now serving as the supported Netflow solution.

Improvements

  1. Added a dry run option for Calix Cloud synchronization, allowing API calls to be reviewed and exported without applying changes to the live environment.
  2. Improved the efficiency of GraphQL queries when navigating through large paginated result sets.

Bug Fixes

  1. Resolved an issue where CDR imports could fail due to invalid data; clearer error messages are now provided when import processing encounters invalid records.
  2. Resolved an issue where Calix SMx subscriber records could be created for non-active Accounts before the required activation criteria were met.
  3. Resolved an issue where failed sonarPay bank payments that initially appeared successful but were later marked as Failed by the processor were not always updated correctly.
  4. Resolved an issue where Accounts > All Logs could display repeated hourly “Updated” entries for Account Services without any visible changes.
  5. Resolved an issue where transactions created within the same second could appear in an inconsistent order within the Transaction table, resulting in incorrect running balance calculations.

  1. Resolved an issue where the “A Job is Scheduled” trigger would not fire for jobs scheduled through the Dispatcher View.
  2. Refined monthly billing processing for parent accounts with large numbers of child accounts.
  3. Resolved an issue that could prevent returned bank payments from updating correctly in Account > Billing > Transactions.
  4. Resolved an issue that prevented Company, Account Group, and Account Type eligibility restrictions from being updated when existing Accounts were already assigned the Service.

  2. Resolved an issue where the Transactions tab could take longer than expected to load.
  3. Resolved an issue where Calix Cloud audits could fail due to API timeout errors.
  4. Resolved an issue where searching for a Service within the Create Account Service modal required exact wording to return matching results.
