- Added a new Inventory Item Status: "Sold".
Bug Fixes
- Resolved an issue where filtering for Accounts by Serviceability Status also included matches from Mailing Addresses. A new “Serviceable Address Status” filter has been added for accurate results.
- Resolved an issue that prevented Triggered Messages from being configured due to an unknown error; missing permissions are now clearly outlined in the error notification.
- Resolved an issue where some payment-related Triggered Messages would not send if a transaction ID was not received from the payment provider.
- Resolved an issue preventing Bermuda addresses from being added.

- Anchor/Linked accounts now support Packages, providing a consistent and scalable framework for managing billing across complex MDU and related setups.
- Added a new “Serviceable Address is Linked to Network Site” filter to Mass Message creation to target Accounts connected with Serviceable Addresses that have Network Site Connections configured.
- Improved contrast of filter fields in Maps.
Bug Fixes
- Resolved an issue preventing Icelandic addresses from being validated.
- Resolved an issue preventing users from being removed from existing Schedule Blockers.
- Resolved an issue preventing Line 2 from being unset when editing a Schedule Address in the UI.

New Features
- Task Improvements bring faster, more visible, and more flexible task management across Sonar. View and triage all tasks from a centralized area, tag tasks by group for easy claiming, and self-assign group tasks directly from your profile. Tasks can also update custom fields across entities, enabling connected workflows and reducing manual effort.

Platform Changes
- Introduced new tracking metrics to help reduce Mean Time to Repair (MTTR) and guide future decisions around setting system limits that protect platform stability. Requests are now tracked at the user level for greater visibility into activity patterns, with new monitoring for concurrent requests to better understand system load.
These updates are observational with limits set well above normal usage to avoid any impact on standard operations.
Improvements
- Added the ability to adjust an Account’s activation date directly from the Edit Account modal.
- Adjusted the positioning of message boxes in modals so they now appear above the related content to improve visibility.
- Added backend support to hide or audit unmanaged Calix Cloud entries
- Added the ability to manually trigger Calix SMx provisioning within the UI.
Bug Fixes
- Resolved an issue where schedule availabilities could not be deleted, even when no jobs were scheduled.
- Resolved an issue where multiple reverse relation filters were treated as OR conditions instead of AND when filtering accounts.
- Resolved an issue where using high repetition settings in Schedule Blockers could prevent jobs from being scheduled; weeks between repetitions is now set to a maximum of 1,000.
- Resolved an issue where CDR imports could fail without displaying a reason; import errors now clearly identify and provide an explanatory message when a problem occurs.
- Resolved an issue that prevented all Geotab UID's from appearing when configuring GPS Tracking Providers.
- Resolved an issue preventing Baicells Cloudcore integrations from connecting due to an endpoint change implemented by Baicells.

- Disconnection Reason Management makes it simple to record why accounts have disconnected, apply consistent tracking with a required field, and gain valuable insights into churn trends.

- Resolved an issue where the Child Accounts sidebar on Parent Accounts did not consistently update correctly when navigating between accounts.
- Resolved an issue where coordinates were not being imported from Tower Coverage submissions.
- Resolved an issue where Scheduled Events to disconnect an account could sometimes run later than expected.
- Resolved an issue where the Description Field was missing for Voice Provider Rate imports.
- Resolved an issue where domains appeared as "undefined" in the Inbound Mailbox field of the Edit Ticket modal.
- Resolved an issue preventing phone numbers starting with "0" from being added to Contacts.
