New Features

  1. Ticket Category Families and Ticket Resolution Reasons provide new ways to manage and close tickets in Sonar. Categories can be grouped into top-level families that make selection easier on tickets, and resolution reasons can be defined, applied globally or linked to specific categories, and used when closing tickets, including through job-driven workflows.

Bug Fixes

  1. Resolved an issue where some Network Site addresses returned an incorrect county despite having the correct subdivision and coordinates.
  2. Resolved an issue where the Next Recurring Charge amount did not update correctly after service price changes.
  3. Resolved an issue where the user-defined paginator size was not applied consistently across all tables.
