How to Find Your Processing Rates in the sonarPay Portal

You can locate your processing rates by generating a Monthly Statement in the sonarPay portal. Be sure to select a complete billing month so the statement includes your rates and fees.
To find your rates:
- Go to Reports -> Monthly Statement.
- Select a full month (for example, December 2025).
- Click Generate.
- After the statement generates, scroll to the Processing Fees section. Your credit card and ACH rates are listed in this section.
