Improvements

  1. Added better differentiation between a Serviceable Address and a Mailing Address when using Global Search
    1. Added an address type label to the results list

Bug Fixes

  1. Fixed an issue when using the Dispatcher View to schedule jobs where the job could not be scheduled due to an incorrect invalid geofence error
  2. Fixed the UpdateDataHistory mutation to also update the account's data usage percentage
  3. Updates to the billing process to prevent duplicate billing entries
  4. Fixed an issue where invoices were not appearing in the list when trying to link a child invoice to a parent when the list of child invoices was too large
    1. Added a sort to display the most recent child invoices first
    2. Added a filter to display only non-voided invoices

Due to an issue experienced with the latest deployment made to Sonar V2 instances, the following change has been reverted:

1. Fixed an issue where the company address was being covered on invoices/statements being inserted into legal #10 window envelopes (reverted 4/20/2022 17:26 CDT)

  1. Fixed an issue where the fold line on the invoice/statement would go through the Due Date
    1. The Invoice Date will no longer appear on invoices/statements where the Service Period is included
  2. Fixed an issue where the company address was being covered on invoices/statements being inserted into legal #10 window envelopes
  3. Fixed an issue where triggered delinquency emails were incorrectly being sent to customers when making billing adjustments that would momentarily flag the account as delinquent
  4. Fixed an issue where some Saved Views using Advanced Filters were not able to be loaded
  5. Fixed an issue where deactivation of Telrad IMSI would not succeed
  6. Fixed an issue with Telrad full sync timing out

    1. Provided the option to display proration details when creating an invoice and statement

  1. Fixed an issue an IP Address could not be assigned to an Inventory Item attached to a Serviceable Address if that address was not associated to an Account
  2. Fixed an issue with CoA packets in some instances not being received by Radius Server

Bug Fixes

  1. Fixed issues that were occurring with Telrad BreezeVIEW integrations
    1. Hard IP assignments no longer override PDN address allocation setting in the attach IP address to Telrad provisioning message
    2. When an Inventory Item is assigned to an entity other than an account, the SIM will be deactivated where it was previously being deleted
    3. When an account goes delinquent, the IMSI will be deactivated where it was previously being deleted
    4. A SIM will be provisioned when an account comes out of delinquency
    5. A SIM will be deactivated when an account is disconnected

Improvements

  1. Added additional options for populating the address when working with Serviceable Addresses
    1. ‘Set Coordinates to Address’ option has been renamed to ‘Reset Lat/Lng to Address’, functionality remains the same
    2. The new ‘Lookup Address from Pin’ option will set the address to the pin location once the pin or the latitude/longitude have been adjusted
  2. Added an Inventory Items table to Internal Locations to view all inventory assigned to the internal location

Bug Fixes

  1. Fixed an issue where you could not adjust the ‘Generic’ flag on an existing inventory model when all requirements were met
  2. Fixed an issue with inventory assigned to an Internal Location not appearing in the inventory list for the Inventory Location
  3. Fixed an issue with the updateEntityCustomFields mutation that was preventing an Address custom field update
  4. Fixed an issue when doing Printed Invoices Batches with the ‘Exclude Paid Invoices’ checkbox selected where invoices were being excluded when only the Child Account(s) had a remaining due amount
  5. Made adjustments to prevent incorrectly displayed Services on accounts that could not be deleted
