Child Accounts (5:44) | Child accounts allow you to connect one or more accoutns within Sonar, in a parent-child style relationship. This affects account transactions, invoices, and also comes with additional considerations with the account billing parameters that should be reviewed prior to using this functionality, which we'll discuss in this cast video. |
Creating a New Account (11:53) | This cast provides an example of what account creation looks like in Sonar, and serves as a rough step-by-step guide to creating a customer account in your own instance. |
Disconnecting an Account (3:15) | Deletion of accounts is not supported within Sonar, however, you can disconnect an account. This cast provides the how-to for disconnecting accounts, as well as the results that this action has. |
Future Serviceable Addresses (7:58) | Future Serviceable Addresses in Sonar allow you to schedule a target date for a new or current subscriber to take over a currently assigned Serviceable Address. This allows you to schedule a job for the subscriber's Account without the Serviceable Address actually being assigned to the Account yet. This cast will take you through an example scenario where a new subscriber calls to notify you that they'll be moving into a new address and would like to subscribe to your services. |
Notes (2:56) | Notes allow you to keep all employees on the same page with account-related information and help to prevent any necessary information from being overlooked. This cast contains details on notes, as well as how-to's of setting them up. |
Scheduled Events (7:38) | Scheduled events are actions that you can automate within Sonar to have some change occur automatically at a later date. They are configured individually per account and can be utilized to help make your normal processes more efficient. |
