New Features
- Added the Voice Billing Importer feature. The importer is powered by Flatfile and will allow you to seamlessly mass import DIDs, Call Detail Records, and Voice Providers directly into your Sonar instance.

Improvements
- Updated Custom Fields on Accounts to display alphabetically
- Updated the Inventory Model images shown in the inventory model management view to only display once
- Updated Files to sort newest to oldest by upload date
Bug Fixes
- Fixed an issue where Account status changes due to delinquency rules were not prorating services when the “Prorate Account Status Change” billing setting was set
- Fixed an issue where some IP Assignments were not displaying in the IP Assignments subtable for Inventory Items
- Fixed an issue where the assigned Network Site Connections would not display when editing a Serviceable Address through an Account
- Fixed an issue where Simple Filters with long labels would be misaligned
- Fixed an issue where the Disconnect Account option was not available for Accounts with an active Account Status other than “Active”

Improvements
- Updated the Radius Accounts table in Accounts to display more than 25 items
- Removed the option to disconnect an Account if the Account has already been disconnected
- Added additional logging against the Avalara Tax Provider
Bug Fixes
- Fixed issues related to Notes to improve the consistency in functionality:
- The CREATE_NOTE permission is required to include a Note when creating/updating models that support notes
- Only one Note may have the priority sticky with confirmation on each model
- The ALTER_OTHERS_NOTES permission is required to replace an existing sticky with confirmation Note when there is an existing sticky with confirmation Note created by another user
- Notes enforce a 10k character limit
- Fixed an issue where Invoices would not generate when the “Show CDRs on Invoice” option was enabled on a Voice Service assigned to an Account, but no DID was assigned to the Account

New Features
- Added the ability to select Simplex or Duplex printing for Printed Invoices Batches through Settings > Billing > Billing Settings
- Added the ability to Rollup Generic Parameters for Voice Services on an Invoice. When enabled, the invoice will only display the base Voice Service and any applicable taxes
- Added a setting to Billing Defaults and Account Billing Parameters to “Aggregate Taxes on Invoice”. When enabled all applied Taxes will be aggregated under a Taxes/Fees section on the invoice as opposed to under each applicable debit transaction
Improvements
- Updated drop down selector field inputs application-wide to provide for a more consistent user experience and appearance. This includes displaying the remove icon on the right side of selected input, adding a remove option for non-mandatory fields, and displaying placeholder text for “No Selection” as opposed to a blank record within the drop down list
- Updated Notes to always display the created by user and the creation date
- Added a Sidebar option for Notes in order to view the action history
- Added all remaining compatible currencies to the list of Currency options
Bug Fixes
- Fixed an issue where a static IP assignment would be overwritten, instead of creating a new IP assignment, when assigning the IP to a MAC address on an inventory item that had two ports with the same MAC address; Sonar now allows for one MAC address to have static reservations in multiple IP pools at the same time
- Fixed an issue where an unexpected error would occur when creating an ACH Batch using BMO Harris 80 Byte Canadian ACH format due to edge case surrounding reversed payments

New Features
- Added the ability to integrate with select third-party GPS Tracking Providers to monitor inventoried vehicles via the Map and Scheduling pages directly within Sonar. This feature includes the following updates:
- Added a GPS Tracking Providers section under Integrations within Settings to manage the GPS providers
- Added additional options to vehicles in Sonar to specify the associated GPS Tracking Provider, link the vehicle in Sonar to the vehicle within the provider, and configure if and when the vehicle should be tracked
- Updated the Map interface to display all tracked vehicles at their most recent location
- Updated the Map interface to include a toggle and search option for tracked vehicles
- Updated the Scheduling > Dispatcher View map to display all tracked vehicles at their most recent location

- Added the ability to select whether a Triggered Message should also be sent to contacts on a Child Account
- Improved error messaging when creating Call Detail Records
Bug Fixes
- Fixed an issue where the running balance on a Parent Account would be incorrect due to Debits from a Child Account appearing in the transaction list even when the Debit no longer applied to the Parent
- Fixed an issue where the transaction amount was incorrectly formatted in the ACH Batch when using BMO Harris 80 Byte Canadian ACH format as the Bank Account Processor
- Fixed an issue where all SNMP data would not be processed due to invalid data; submitted SNMP results will now skip any results with invalid data and process the remaining data
