Improvements

  1. SNMP device status will now be reset when the associated monitoring template is removed

Bug Fixes

  1. Fixed an issue where some accounts would experience failed autopayments after updating credit cards that are using Authorize.net processor
  2. Fixed an issue where attempting to logout would not consistently log you out
  3. Fixed issues where the Next Recurring Charge on some accounts would not update after the price of an associated service was updated
  4. Fixed an issue where the list of canned replies on an external reply in a ticket would only return 50 results to select from

  1. Fixed an issue where some autopayments were not following the Billing Settings for retries
  2. Fixed an issue where an Expiring Service with a billing frequency greater than 1 would incorrectly be added back onto the account after expiring

Improvements

  1. Added the ability to set the Next Bill Date on an account to the current date provided there are more than 3 hours left in the day

  1. Fixed an issue where contract links sent to some email clients were not appearing as clickable hyperlinks
  2. Fixed an issue where the Closed By user data would not be populated on a ticket when setting the status to ‘Closed’ upon creation
  3. Fixed an issue where an invoice would not be generated on an account where the account has a voice service with removed generic parameters
  4. Improved the Calix SMx alarm handler
  5. Fixed an issue where sometimes duplicate subscribers would be created during Calix automatic sync

Bug Fixes

  1. Fixed an issue where only Super Admin users could read and update Roles when creating or updating an Adjustment Service. Roles are now readable globally
  2. Fixed an issue where invoices were not showing as paid after an auto payment
  3. Fixed an issue where the transaction list on parent accounts were displaying payments and discounts from unlinked child invoices, when we should only include debits
  4. Fixed an issue where the “USAGE_IN_GIGABYTES” variable, used in emails and canned replies, was not displaying the correct amount

  1. Fixed an issue where interactive graphical elements would not appear when making adjustments to payment methods in the Customer Portal
  2. Fixed an issue where selected entities in the Entity Simple Filter were not persisting after navigating away from the page
  3. Fixed an issue where the Status Simple Filter in Scheduling would return some unexpected results
  4. Fixed an issue where querying schedule availabilities would return an error if there was no geofence assigned (null)
  5. Fixed an issue where you were not able to remove your phone number in your user profile
  6. Fixed an issue where only Super Admins could view webhook event histories. Users with the permission to view webhook endpoints can now see the event list
  7. Fixed an issue when syncing accounts to Calix SMx when the account had non-calix inventory items assigned to the address
