Bug Fixes

  1. Fixed an issue where the Connected Devices tab wasn't displaying the connection between an Account to a Network Site, nor from Network Site to an Account
  2. Fixed an issue where the Application Firewall being enabled would prevent contracts from being signed within the customer portal
  3. Fixed an issue where some accounts were not being flagged as delinquent despite their invoices being delinquent
  4. Fixed an issue where some credit card or bank account transactions were missing the "Also refund this payment" checkbox when being reversed

  1. Fixed an issue where the Printed Invoice Fee was being applied to accounts when they had a $0 invoice
  2. Fixed an issue where services limited to an account group where being displayed as available one-time transactions for accounts that are not within that group
  3. Fixed an issue where transactions could sometimes not be reversed as the page would hang

  1. Updated Task behavior to allow any user to complete tasks assigned to no one, regardless of the presence of the " Whether a user can complete tasks that are not assigned to them" permission on the user's role

  1. Fixed an issue where Report Thumbnails were failing to load after having launched at least one report
  2. Fixed an issue when IPv6 Address Lists weren't populating on MikroTik devices
  3. Fixed an issue where the Diners Club Credit Card image was missing when added to an account

  1. Added the ability for users to configure and receive both in-app and email notifications when various actions are completed within the Sonar instance

Improvements

  1. Updated the process for creating refunds and reversals from within the Transaction History of an account - now transactions have a "Reverse" option that will also allow for a refund to be created, if applicable

  1. Fixed an issue that was causing IPv6 address lists to not populate on MikroTik, when using the synchronize function
  2. Fixed an issue that was preventing a proration option from appearing for scheduled events, even when the user had the permissions to prorate for services
  3. Fixed an issue where services with a quantity of 0 would not display the quantity (would appear blank) from within the Services & Packages section of an account

  1. Fixed an issue which was preventing users from viewing a single day's data usage for an account, and instead requiring a date range to be selected
  2. Fixed an issue that was not allowing autopay to be disabled or enabled from the customer portal for some payment methods
  3. Fixed an issue where usage based billing policies were not taking into account the months to bill for the data cap
  4. Fixed an issue with the additional actions available after creating a new ticket, where clicking on some of the actions would result in a blank window appearing
  5. Fixed an issue where accounts with either an active or inactive status were being moved into delinquency, instead of active accounts only

  1. Fixed an issue where having more than 25 Inventory Items assigned to a Network site would prevent any items from being displayed when assigning an IP address

  4. Fixed an issue that was preventing certain geofences from being saved or edited

  6. Fixed an issue where an account's Transaction History wasn't dynamically updating for all logged-in users
  7. Fixed an issue where updating Bank Account payment details would fail on accounts migrated from V1 into V2
  8. Fixed an issue which resulted in Account Services prorating incorrectly, and no longer accounting for split Invoice/Billing days

  1. Fixed an issue with mass emails where using the "Account is Delinquent" filter would not correctly filter down to only delinquent accounts
  2. Fixed an issue with the mass email filter "Contact has Email Category Enabled" that was resulting in the wrong contacts being added to the email
  3. Fixed an issue that was preventing the billing settings field "Invoice Day" from being set to null
  4. Fixed an issue with data exports that would cause the export to fail for some instances, due to a timeout issue
  5. Fixed an issue that was preventing price overrides from being set on account services
