  1. Added the ability to reorder tasks when added to a task template, or added to an entity such as an account, job, or network site

  1. Fixed an issue where applying new email categories to all existing contacts from Settings --> Communication --> Email Categories would fail to apply the categories
  2. Fixed an issue preventing task templates from being exported as a CSV

New Features

  1. Added the ability to clone a job, simplifying the reassignment of nearly-identical jobs. This will create a copy of the job, maintaining the Assignees and Entities, which can be edited after the cloning process. The Clone option is accessible from the Job list, or the Job Management View.

Improvements

  1. Made various improvements to the "Transactions" tab within the Billing Page of the Account Management View
  2. Adjusted the Service flow by moving metadata creation to a second step after supplying service details, eliminating the "Done" button which previously caused confusion
  3. Signed contracts will now redirect signers to the Customer Portal if it's configured in the instance
  4. Added a card to the Account Management View displaying an account's Creation, Activation, and Next Bill dates
  5. Added a toggle that will allow you to include a Detailed Transaction list to your Printed Invoice Batch
  6. Improved the user interface appearance of Tab Headers across the Sonar instance on narrow screens

  1. Fixed an issue where Account Groups could be removed from an account even if a service applied was restricted to the account group
  2. Fixed an issue where the search form in the Inventory Item Management page was failing to update results
  3. Fixed an issue where configured provisioning fields on Inventory Items were failing to persist after being added
  4. Fixed an issue causing webhooks to trigger erroneously when there were no actual changes in Sonar
  5. Fixed an issue preventing jobs scheduled for midnight from displaying in the Dispatcher View
  6. Fixed an issue preventing Payment Details from being updated when they were migrated from legacy Sonar V1 instances

  1. Fixed an issue where reversal logs showed the user that created the original transaction instead of the user that triggered the reversal
  2. Fixed an issue that was allowing task template items to have custom field completion requirements, where the custom field was tied to a different entity than the one the task was being created for
  3. Fixed an issue that was preventing task template items from being modified or deleted from a task template
  4. Fixed an issue when scheduling a job where all available times would be displayed together, instead of separating the times by date
  5. Fixed an issue that was showing users as available when scheduling a job, even if they had another job scheduled for that time
  6. Fixed an issue that was preventing scheduled jobs from appearing on the map within the Dispatcher view

Improvements

  1. Improved the animation that occurs when another viewer pops up in the "Currently Viewing" pill
  2. Added a "reversed_by" field to the "Debits" and the "Discounts" tables in the GraphQL API
  3. Updated an error message to provide more detail when trying to create an ACH batch without a Bank Account processor configured

Bug Fixes

  1. Fixed an issue where the icons for the numbered list and the bulleted list in Sonar's rich text editor were identical
  2. Fixed an issue where having only one viewer would extend the "Currently Viewing" icon as if there were multiple viewers
  3. Fixed an issue causing no details to appear when attempting to view IP Addresses on any entity within Sonar
