Bug Fixes
  1. Fixed an issue where autopay could run before all transactions were applied to an invoice
  2. Fixed an issue where an invoice could be automatically emailed or mailed before all transactions were applied
  3. Fixed an issue where Discount Credits would not include the tax transaction when using Avalara
  4. Fixed an issue where Avalara taxes were not calculated before late fees were applied to an invoice
  5. Fixed an issue preventing invoices created before January 26th from being emailed
  6. Fixed an issue where the account data usage percentage did not include rollover bytes, if any, in the calculation

  1. Introduced additional options to the Create Job Type modal to provide more granular ticket workflows

  2. Added a Processor Status section for sonarPay payments that will reflect the progress with the payment processing
  3. Introduced support for Calix versions 23.3 through to 24.1
  4. Renamed the following triggers:
    1. "An automatic payment failed" is now "A payment failed"
    2. "An automatic payment succeeded" is now "A payment succeeded"

Bug Fixes

  1. Fixed an issue causing Option 82 IP Assignments to remain present after a DHCP lease had expired
  2. Fixed an issue causing one-time transactions of $0 to still display on invoices when "Display on invoice if amount is zero" was disabled
  3. Fixed an issue where an invoice could be manually sent before all transactions were applied
  4. Fixed an issue causing the Serviceable Address table filters to not persist
  5. Fixed an issue where some sonarPay failed payment messages sent multiple times for a single failure

New Features

  1. We’ve released our Anchor & Linked Serviceable Addresses feature, an innovative tool that allows for precise and efficient management of service locations. This deployment includes the following features:
    1. Link together service locations as Anchor and Linked Serviceable Addresses; ideal for multi-dwelling units, satellite offices, and wholesale solutions
      1. With the bulk record creation tool, create multiple Linked Services Locations and associated Shell Accounts in one workflow
    2. Split billing between Anchor & Linked Serviceable Addresses using the new Subsidy feature
    3. Define unique service catalogs to be enforced on accounts with Linked Addresses
    4. New delinquency automation; you’re able to disable service on Linked Accounts when an Anchor Account falls delinquent
    5. Define billing defaults at an address level so that when an account is associated with a Linked Address, it will inherit the billing parameters of the Anchor

New Features

  1. We've expanded our SMS feature to include the functionality to send Triggered or Mass Messages to customers. This release includes the following:
    1. Define which phone number types are SMS capable, and opt customers in/out
    2. Utilize quiet hours to prevent Triggered Messages sending via SMS within a specified timeframe
    3. Configure department-specific SMS signatures
