Bug Fixes

  1. Fixed an issue where the Scan & Search feature of the Inventory module wouldn't find existing items if the inventory field being searched was longer than 12 characters

Improvements

  1. Updated the pop-up message when creating a new user in the Sonar instance to accurately reflect that the setup email is sent immediately

Bug Fixes

  1. Fixed an issue where old and incorrect data would sometimes get cached in the sidebar across the Sonar instance
  2. Fixed an issue where the Inventory Items and Payments Data reports would sometimes be blank when queried
  3. Fixed an issue where Schedule Availabilities weren't being checked correctly when a new day was selected when scheduling a job

New Features

  1. Added the ability to purchase data top-offs from within an account, if that account has a usage based billing policy applied to it

Improvements

  1. Improved scheduling so that if a technician already has a job scheduled, that time slot will not show as available when scheduling additional jobs for that technician
  2. Updated the wording for the amount an account currently owes, from “Due Now” to “Balance Due”
  3. Added the ability to change the time intervals that jobs are scheduled for, from within the job scheduling form
  4. Added the ability to see additional details on Bank account payment methods when making a payment

Bug Fixes

  1. Fixed an issue that was causing IP assignments to be duplicated on accounts within the IP Assignments view whenever an account was saved
  2. Fixed a display issue in the Expiring Services form where the ‘Billing frequency in months’ field would revert back to 1 after being saved
  3. Fixed an issue with the IPAM interface where the IP pool menu was only displaying the first 25 IP pools
  4. Fixed an issue when merging tickets, where the timestamps of the merged ticket were incorrectly replaced with the time the merge occurred
  5. Fixed an issue that was giving the option to prorate when switching an account’s status between two inactive statuses
  6. Fixed an issue where a user could not cancel out of their action when deleting model field data for an inventory item
  7. Fixed an Issue where SNMP monitoring couldn't be disabled once added to a Network Monitoring Template
  8. Fixed an issue where instances migrated from legacy Sonar would fail to produce batches for past Print Invoices
  9. Fixed an issue where making changes to a Service with more than 50 Account Groups applied would then limit the Service to only the first 50 groups
  10. Fixed an issue where a Task Template applied to a job wouldn't be displayed when editing the job
  11. Fixed an issue where Usage-Based Billing Policies couldn't be applied to Data Services unless an overage service was assigned to the Usage-Based Billing Policy
  12. Fixed an issue where Exporting the results of a table or search would be limited to 10,000 records, regardless of how many results are displayed
  13. Fixed an issue where the "Telrad Global Service Profile" section of the Account Management View was displaying raw data
  14. Fixed an issue where the Company field value couldn't be unset from a package
  15. Updated the Account Status creation modal to reflect that selecting an icon is required
  16. Fixed an issue where contracts couldn't be signed

Improvements

  1. Added the ability to set multiple categories for an internal ticket on creation
  2. Improved scheduling so that a technician can only be checked into one job at a time; checking in to a second job will effectively check them out of any other

  1. Fixed an issue that was causing RADIUS account logs to populate unnecessarily

New Features

  1. Added the ability to enforce restrictions on reopening closed public tickets - now, through Settings > Ticketing > General, the user can define how many days after a ticket has been closed, should a new inbound email create a fresh ticket instead of reopening the old ticket

  1. Added the ability to see the applied usage based billing policy when editing a data service

  1. Fixed an issue that was causing jobs to be scheduled in the wrong time zone
  2. Fixed an issue where the elevation profile would sometimes display the network site height incorrectly
  3. Fixed an issue that was preventing a usage based billing policy from being applied to a service
  4. Fixed an issue where delinquency-based address lists wouldn't always automatically write to MikroTiks

Improvements

  1. Made improvements to the "Move IP Assignment" modal, and added an error message when there are no IP assignments to move
  2. Added the IP Address of an inventory item to the sidebar when viewing devices
  3. Updated the behavior of Stripe functionality within the Customer Portal. When adding Stripe as an approved Payment Method, customers will be taken to a Stripe-secured page when entering their payment information, rather than being handled by Sonar
  4. Corrected an error where invoices had a comma between the State and the ZIP Code
  5. Updated the Language of Notifications from "Notifications Settings" to "Notification Preferences" to eliminate the double plural

Bug Fixes

  1. Fixed an issue where Jobs weren't displaying any historical logs
  2. Fixed an issue where adding Generic Items would fail after the Inventory Model was created
  3. Fixed an issue where the Data Service summary on the Account Management View Overview tab was being cached between different accounts
  4. Fixed an issue where SNMP couldn't be removed from Network Monitoring Templates

  1. Fixed an issue that was preventing users from making multiple one-time credit card payments with the same credit card from the customer portal
  2. Fixed an issue that was preventing the "Download Receipt" option from functioning

Improvements

  1. Renamed the "Subnet" field, found within the Create IP Assignment window, to "Subnet or IP" to more clearly indicate that a single IP address can be assigned and not just a subnet
  2. Updated scheduled events so that when a credit card or bank account payment is scheduled to be made, the payment will automatically be applied to any open invoices for the account
  3. Updated refunds of same day credit card payments - now if the request for refund fails, Sonar will attempt to void the payment

Bug Fixes

  1. Fixed an issue that was causing CoA not to send from Sonar to FreeRADIUS when an account underwent a service or status change
