- Added the ability to report on historical accounts activity, including activations, group changes, disconnects, and status changes
- Improved the legibility and opacity of the detailed date/time pop-ups that appear when hovering the cursor over different areas of the system, such as view history log items
- Created a distinct "Preview" button to allow previewing a ticket reply to be an optional step before sending the external reply
- Updated the display of related objects (i.e. accounts) in headers and tables throughout Sonar to ensure all assignee/entities on Profile Pages (Account, Ticket, Job, Network Site) are clearly seen and appear clickable
- Added the ability to delete an existing LTE provider
