Improvements

  1. Added the ability to report on historical accounts activity, including activations, group changes, disconnects, and status changes
  2. Improved the legibility and opacity of the detailed date/time pop-ups that appear when hovering the cursor over different areas of the system, such as view history log items
  3. Created a distinct "Preview" button to allow previewing a ticket reply to be an optional step before sending the external reply
  4. Updated the display of related objects (i.e. accounts) in headers and tables throughout Sonar to ensure all assignee/entities on Profile Pages (Account, Ticket, Job, Network Site) are clearly seen and appear clickable
  5. Added the ability to delete an existing LTE provider

Improvements

  1. Improved handling of Option 82 IP Address assignments to display the MAC Address attached to those IPs
  2. Updated reports to display proper names for field labels and ensure all names are standardized
