Improvements
- Added buttons to quickly sort between Serviceable Addresses are in use for accounts, or not in use
- Added a check-box which allows you to enable Auto Payment during the process of adding a new payment method to an account

- Fixed an issue where Invoice Day validation would accept the characters "e" and "." as valid dates

Bug Fixes
- Fixed an issue that was causing data usage graphs for accounts to only display up to 00:00 for the current day - now when viewing the graph it will display up to the current time
- Resolved an issue that was preventing files from being retrieved via GET request when using a personal access token
- Updated to the newest version of Laravel due to the security patch that was released for versions 6.x and 7.x

New Features
- Added an API wrapper to Sonar in order to translate legacy (RESTful) API calls to the new GraphQL API
Improvements
- Redesigned the multi-mutator forms on the front-end for improved ease of use
- Updated the IMG tool within the Mass Email editor so that images now appear within the editor as they are added, and can be displayed anywhere within the email body instead of just at the top of the email when sent out
- Updated the Inventory Item details sidebar from the IP Address Management page to display Assignee information alongside Inventory Model Field data
- Updated the IP Address Management details pane for individual assignments to display the assignee alongside the Inventory Model Field data
- Updated Scheduled Events UI to display the event type and the scheduled time more easily at a glance
- Updated behavior of pop-up forms to display a notification that there are unsaved changes when closing the form with the "X" instead of the cancel button
- Limited the ability to start a call log to the actual account page so that all call logs will automatically be tied to the proper account
Bug Fixes
- Fixed an issue where clicking the “View Details” option for a job, from the job icon menu within the Dispatcher View, would not result in the sidebar panel being displayed
- Resolved an issue that was causing the timestamps for inbound tickets to be displayed incorrectly
- Fixed an issue that was causing the bottom border of the icons on job tiles within the Dispatcher View to not render properly
- Fixed an issue that was preventing local prefixes from being updated for voice services when using the updateVoiceService mutation within GraphQL
- Resolved an issue where removing a prorated service from an account was not prorating the removal, if the ‘Addition Prorate Date’ was after the date billing ran
- Fixed an issue where multi-step forms would sometimes not prefill relevant data from previous steps
- Fixed an issue where installers who had no scheduled availability would still be displayed in the schedule view
- Fixed an issue where attempting to assign an IPv6 address and a CIDR of 128 could cause system responsiveness issues
- Fixed an issue where credit services and service quantities were not being calculated correctly when being applied to a package
- Fixed an issue where Serviceable Addresses could be edited to be a duplicate of an existing address
- Fixed an issue where setting up an email trigger to send a contract copy would result in an error

New Features
- A text-based search bar was added to the Mass Email screen that allows users to search through the list of accounts that are included when sending out a mass email
Improvements
- Updated the way file thumbnail tiles are displayed when a file is uploaded for an entity, so that the description field for the file is displayed, if present; otherwise, the name of the file will be displayed instead
- Updated the color of the "Test Webhooks" button, found within the main webhook endpoints table, from light blue to grey
- Updated the "Open Tickets" quick filter (available from the Ticketing screen) so that it also display tickets with statuses of Pending Internal and Pending External, in addition to tickets with an Open status

- Added the ability to open a new tab using the Globe icon in global search results
- Added an error message and a tooltip when attempting to add a non-HTTPS webhook endpoint
Improvements
- Updated wording from "Trigger Count" to "Months" when creating a Triggered Email for an upcoming Credit Card expiry
- Improved functionality for Telrad IMSI to MAC Address conversion
Bug Fixes
- Fixed an issue where transactions could still be deleted after an accounting period had closed
- Fixed an issue where phone numbers would show as "null" in results from Global Search
- Fixed an issue where a locked invoice would cause autopay to fail and run in a loop indefinitely
- Fixed an issue where credit card billing addresses where being displayed as serviceable addresses when adding or moving inventory
- Fixed an issue where the IP Address Management interface was not showing IP assignments inside IP pools, and IP Lookup would not show assignees
- Fixed an issue where the map and pin weren't loading initially when creating a new serviceable address or network site

- Added a button in the webhook endpoint forms to test the user's endpoint
Improvements
- Updated behaviour when updating a username to match behaviour of username creation, where each scenario now requires a minimum username length of 1 character
- Removed the "All Events" trigger event from the Create Webhooks Endpoint page
Bug Fixes
- Fixed an issue where making a Public ticket Private through the API would keep the recipients list intact
- Fixed an issue where entering the height of a Network Site would sometimes result in a decimal due to metric conversion
- Fixed an error which occurred when entering specific sets of filters in the mass email tool
- Fixed an issue where Inbound emails could omit the email header and cause an error
- Fixed an issue where using the quick sort menu in the ticketing interface would result in an error

New Features
- Added an option to use available funds upon manual creation of an invoice
- Added a tool tip to the Schedule Availability creation window which details "Weeks between Repetitions"
- Added the option to set a parent account from the to-be child account, through the account's Edit drop down - previously only able to add a child account from the parent account
Improvements
- Updated the error message to be more descriptive when jobs were overlapped in the Scheduling Dispatcher
- Updated the Serviceable Address modal in the Account Management View to remove the ability to delete the serviceable address
- Updated ticket association behavior when creating a new job to only show open tickets

- Fixed an issue where the Account Sidebar would display "Next Bill Date" twice - now shows 'Next Bill Date" and "Activation Date" as intended
- Fixed an issue where the "Next Invoice Date" was being calculated incorrectly when set for next month billing
- Fixed an issue where the width of the "date" column on deposit slips remained very wide
