New Features

  1. Added a new section for Voice under the "Settings" menu, providing access to a DIDs page (allowing you to create, update, and delete DIDs) as well as a Voice Providers page (allowing you to create, update, and delete voice providers)
  2. Added the ability to assign DIDs to customer accounts through the Sonar interface

  1. Added the ability to filter account Action Logs when within an account's management view
  2. Improved scheduled events when adding data services - the added data service will now replace any existing data service on the account instead of requiring a removal event first
  3. Improved performance in the Inventory view when there are large numbers of inventory items

New Features

  1. Added the PayPal payment processor integration within the Sonar instance; PayPal credentials can now be added (under Settings > Billing > PayPal Credential) and allow PayPal payments that are made through the customer portal to be posted to the corresponding account within the Sonar instance

  1. Added the ability to search by relational data within the Simple/Advanced filtering available throughout the Sonar instance
  2. Updated the error message that is displayed when attempting to assign an IPv6 address to a MAC address

Improvements

  1. Added a visual indicator when assigning inventory to show which serviceable addresses have an account associated with them
  2. Added the option to "Rollup Services" when creating packages, so that the multiple charges and items within the package are displayed as a single line on customer invoices/statements and in the customer portal
  3. Added the ability to have a "Past Due" stamp displayed on invoices
  4. Updated the IPAM interface to improve performance when loading many IP subnets into IPAM
  5. Updated print invoice batches so that they are now in order by account number
  6. Improved performance when loading an account's RADIUS Session History page
  7. Updated the system notification emails that are received for tickets to include more detailed information
  8. Added the ability to toggle customer portal access to either all contacts or just primary contacts for accounts

  5. Fixed an issue where refunding a credit card payment that hadn't cleared on CardConnect's side would cause the reversal of the credit to go through in Sonar but the refund to fail
  6. Fixed an issue preventing Inline Devices and DHCP Servers from syncing automatically
  7. Fixed an issue with voice billing where the same DID could be duplicated
  8. Fixed an issue where using the search function on the Geofences screen would result in an error being displayed
  9. Fixed an issue where SNMP OIDs beginning with "." would break monitoring graphs
  10. Fixed an issue that would sometimes occur when trying to save or edit a custom field, if it was on an entity that was deleted prior to being migrated to Sonar V2
