  1. Added descriptive messaging to the Delete Item form to explain what the action accomplishes

  1. Fixed an issue with Custom Field selection lists that was preventing some options from being available when more than 50 options existed
  2. Fixed an issue with Advanced Filters not working properly when multiple values for the same property were applied
  3. Fixed an issue where the Customer Portal URL on a Company could not be cleared

  1. Updated Scheduling Week View to always display the user icons at the top when scrolling
  2. Added the ability to link Network Sites to Tickets through the Link Item option on a Ticket

Bug Fixes

  1. Fixed an issue with the notification count displaying an incorrect amount for unread notifications for some users
  2. Fixed an issue with an erroneous Edit option appearing in various locations next to Addresses
  3. Fixed an issue with the Calix integration where some items were not provisioning when the Profile ID field was not populated
  4. Updated webhook processing to alleviate an issue that was causing intermittent webhook failures
  5. Updated the Calix sync to retry failures when adding services
  6. Subscribing to a Ticket no longer changes the Last Modified sort order of tickets
  7. Fixed an issue where the Sent Emails table in Communication Tools was displaying an error and preventing the table from populating

  1. Added helper text to the Create Tax form when creating Geographical taxes

Bug Fixes

  1. Added validation to prevent duplicate transaction IDs for PayPal payments
  2. Fixed an issue with column alignment in the Billed Calls section of Invoices that is displayed when Call Detail Records are included
  3. Updated the label for the Option 82 function in System Settings to accurately reflect the functionality
  4. Fixed an issue that prevented Super Admin users from assigning a Ticket to a private group they were not a member of

New Features

  1. Introduced the ability to Subscribe to Tickets. When subscribed to a Ticket, notifications will be sent based on notification preferences when a comment is left on a ticket, a reply is received, or a message is sent from the ticket. This feature release includes the following updates:
    1. Added the ability to Subscribe, and subsequently unsubscribe, to a Ticket
    2. Added a global Saved View ‘My Subscribed Tickets’ to the Tickets table to filter for all your subscribed Tickets
    3. Added a new ‘Subscribed Users’ section to the Ticket view
    4. Added a new ‘Subscriptions’ section to the User Profile to list all subscriptions

  1. Added the Inventory Model ID to the inventory tiles in the manage items view
  2. Updated Scheduling Week View to always present horizontal scrollbars at the bottom of each calendar day column, depending on the OS-level scrollbar visibility configuration

  1. Removed "CREDIT" as an option to select for the Application Type when creating a Voice service
  2. Fixed an issue where delinquency changes were not honoring the “Days to check delinquency” in billing settings
  3. Fixed issue where Purchase Order logs displayed in the sidebar were not displaying the correct currency for the price
  4. Fixed an issue where the price for an associated Inventory Item did not display the correct currency when viewing a Purchase Order Vendor
  5. Added validation to prevent setting the Digital Separator and the Decimal Separator to the same selection in System Settings
  6. Fixed an issue where selecting multiple items in a table would sometimes prevent interacting with the table elements behind the list of selected items
  7. Fixed an issue with the “Critical” label on tickets displaying incorrectly
  8. Fixed issues with the full Calix manual sync; improved reliability of the full Calix sync
  9. Fixed issues with errors occurring around inherited permissions where the inherited data point is null
  10. Fixed an issue where an error would occur in the browser console when navigating to an Account from a Ticket
