Improvements

  1. Added the ability to make a public ticket private by removing the ticket's associated inbound mailbox, as long as there have been no public replies to the ticket

  1. Fixed an issue with data services where upload/download speeds under 1 Mbps were being displayed as 0 Mbps
  2. Fixed an issue that was preventing name overrides from appearing on an invoice for recurring services if the name override was applied at the same time the service was added to the account
  3. Fixed an issue where disconnecting/activating an account would not close/open the account's data usage history periods accordingly
  4. Fixed an issue that was causing FCC Form 477-related role permissions to not save consistently
  5. Fixed an issue with geo taxes where the form fields were not unsettable and therefore edits to remove values were not being saved
  6. Fixed an issue where only the first 25 account-related custom fields would be displayed on the Edit page when editing an account

Improvement

  1. Improved the Call Log creation window to allow the "Cancel" and "Create" buttons to be visible, even on low resolutions and small screens
  2. Improved Job Completion Notes functionality to allow editing of the notes after the job has been completed
  3. Corrected the value format of Column C of the FCC Form 477 Report to show an integer value

  1. Fixed an issue where transaction totals and an account's running balance were out of sync
  2. Fixed an issue where replying to a ticket would strip the Ticket Category from the ticket
  3. Fixed an issue where the accounting period wouldn't automatically close when set to daily

  2. Added a tooltip to entity custom fields that indicates a task will be completed when a task with a Custom Field Completion requirement exists on the entity

  1. Added the ability to have all customer invoices generated in both English and French, through the new "Bilingual Invoices" field found under System Settings; this can also be set on an account/contact basis, through the use of the primary contact's "Language" field

  1. Added the ability to lookup IP assignments through global search
  2. Added the ability to prefill ticket recipients when creating a new public ticket, based on the contact(s) associated with the account or network site

  1. Fixed an issue where the "Change Status After X Days" field was still showing on an account's billing configuration, even when the "Switch Status After Delinquency" setting was disabled
  2. Fixed an issue with the V1 to V2 API wrapper that was causing account balance discrepancies between the customer portal and the instance
  3. Fixed an issue that was causing invoices to sometimes indicate the account had unapplied credits when it did not
  4. Fixed an issue where the "Last Modified" sorting option in the ticketing interface was not accounting for all ticket changes
  5. Fixed an issue that was preventing a job type's "Ticket Group Upon Completion" and "Ticket Group Upon Failure" fields from being unset through GraphQL
  6. Fixed an issue with the FCC Form 477 report generator that was restricting the selection of data and voice services to only the first 50 displayed in the list
  7. Fixed an issue that was preventing the ticketing interface from being displayed if there was an unsupported email address associated with a contact, account, or ticket in the instance

Improvements

  1. Added the ability to select either the Serviceable Address or Mailing Address for an account and pre-fill the payment information
  2. Added the Primary contact's Phone Number and Email Address to the Job Details view, accessible from the sidebar after clicking the contact name
  3. Added the ability to view an account's activation time as well as date using the GraphQL API

  1. Fixed an issue where performing a Data Export using Google Chrome would result in a file without a CSV extension
  2. Fixed an issue where attempting to assign devices based on MAC Address was difficult due to search irregularities
  3. Fixed an issue where completion notes on Jobs weren't being displayed on the Job View page
  4. Fixed an issue where RADIUS CoA had the wrong Acct-Session-Id in the packet
