- Fixed an issue that was causing proration to be miscalculated for multi-month service billing
- Fixed an issue with Sonar reporting that was causing county values to appear untranslated in reports
- Fixed an issue that was preventing results from being displayed when searching for a specific IP address or subnet in IP assignments within GraphQL
- Fixed an issue with Voice services that was causing $0.00 line items to be taxed
- Fixed an issue where editing a ticket to remove the ticket group and assign a user (or vice versa) was causing validation issues and unable to be completed without multiple steps

Improvements
- Improved the behavior of many forms in Sonar in order to more accurately show which fields are required when completing a form
- Improved the handling of the Preseem Integration - the API Key field will now display the API Key hidden by asterisks if one has been entered in previously
- Added a Disconnect button to accounts with an active RADIUS session or user
- Updated wording while creating a ticket to display the more descriptive labels "Add Internal Comment" and "Add External Reply"
- Action Logs will now include clickable links to any entities that are listed
- Removed "null" from being listed as a mobile number in the Settings -> Security -> Users section to instead simply display a blank column if there's no value present
- Added a new System Setting allowing you to select the default company behavior for FCC Form 477 reports - you can now select from either the company of the account or the instance's default company
Bug Fixes
- Fixed an issue that was preventing the "Prorate" check box from appearing when adjusting the Invoice Day or Bill Day on an account's billing parameters
- Fixed an issue where moving a SIM on an account to an inventory location would not automatically deactivate the SIM on Baicell CloudCore
- Fixed an issue that was causing IP addresses to not be rewritten when moving the assignment from one item to another
- Fixed an issue resulting in a comma being added to the numerical security code when adding an AMEX credit card to an account
- Fixed an issue where any CSV or TXT files sent through the ticketing system would become unreadable

Improvements
- Added a "Next Recurring Charge" section for accounts, visible from the Billing tab on the Account Management View for all accounts
- Improved how bank account payment methods on an account display the account/individual name, so that longer names are no longer extending outside of the intended section
- Improved the experience when creating a new service and adding metadata - there will no longer be an additional pop-up, as there are no additional actions that can be taken
- When a new Serviceable Address is created from within the Account Creation or Edit Account wizards, it will automatically be associated with the account
Bug Fixes
- Fixed an issue where job cloning was failing to carry over job notes
- Fixed an issue that was preventing some Baicell soft-assigned IMSIs from being brought into Sonar
- Fixed an issue allowing jobs to be scheduled on accounts without a serviceable address, resulting in no drive times being calculated for the entire schedule day
- Fixed an issue that resulted in a number of webhooks not triggering when they should
- Fixed an issue preventing RADIUS usernames from having certain special characters included
- Fixed an issue resulting in HTML language being viewable in the browser tab when viewing a serviceable address

- Fixed an issue allowing services that were restricted to specific Account Groups to remain accessible to Accounts that were no longer, but had been previously, part of the Account Group

New Features
- Added a "Backup Timeout" field for data exports so that users can now define the amount of time (in minutes) an export should run before it is considered to be failed; this field can be accessed from the Data Export page, accessible within the Settings menu
Improvements
- Updated how the details of action history logs are displayed, so that when changing the assignee for an inventory item, the log more clearly displays the previous and new values for the associated entity and entity ID
- Updated the ticketing action logs so that the user who created the ticket is now visible
- Updated the fields that are considered when performing a search from within the Scheduling interface as well as global search; users are now able to search for partial and complete matches on job type, ticket, entity, status, and assignee.
- Completed the rest of the work for the "Last Modified" sorting option in the ticketing interface, so that new comments received on a ticket will now correctly change the ticket's sort order
- Updated the way addresses are displayed within the invoice layout, so that printed invoices have improved address placement for standard #9 & #10 windowed envelopes
Bug Fixes
- Fixed an issue that was preventing printed invoice batches from being opened, if the batches were migrated from a V1 instance
- Fixed an issue that was sometimes preventing IP Assignments on inventory items that were assigned to network sites
- Fixed an issue that was sometimes causing various dropdown menus to flash and disappear repeatedly
- Fixed an issue that was preventing a ticket's assigned user from receiving notifications when an external reply was received on the ticket
- Fixed an issue that was occurring with Usage Based Billing, where the usage was not being billed out monthly if the customer was being charged for the service annually
- Fixed the error message that appears when entering incorrect values for the upload and download speeds for data services
- Fixed an issue where invoices that had been paid off (and had $0 due) were still being displayed under the "Prior Unpaid Invoices" section of an account's statement
- Fixed an issue where only the first 25 tasks were displayed when attempting to modify a task template
- Fixed an issue that was occurring during a ticket's creation process, where adding a reply would toggle back to the Add Comment tab instead
