  1. Added XCD / East Caribbean dollars to the PayPal and GoCardless options in the Customer Portal settings

  1. Fixed an issue where timestamps in ICMP/SNMP graphs were displaying the wrong time offsets
  2. Fixed an issue where users could see folders they should not have permission to view when saving a Dashboard in reports
  3. Fixed an issue with importing duplicate radius session histories from FreeRadius
  4. Fixed a formatting issue for speed display when using a comma as the Decimal Separator

Bug Fixes

  1. Fixed an issue with incorrect translations in the Tower Coverage integration for the Transmitter and Azimuth fields
  2. Fixed an issue where invoices would show up in multiple Printed Invoice Batches if there were unpaid child invoices associated and the “Exclude paid invoices” was selected
  3. Fixed an issue where the IP Address link in Global Search was not working as expected
  4. Fixed an issue in Scheduling Dispatch View where the first installer in the list would stick to the top when scrolling
  5. Updated Scheduling Week View to remove the sidebar preview icon that would be displayed beside each avatar
  6. Updated Scheduling Week View to include the loader animation when first navigating to the view

New Features

  1. Added a new Week View option accessible from the main Scheduling module that offers a condensed view of scheduled jobs on a weekly basis. This view will list all technicians, their scheduled jobs, drive times, blockers, and scheduled time-off within a specific selected week. Its primary usage is to provide a quick view of availability!

Bug Fixes

  1. Updated processing for fractional debits to fix an issue with missing fractional debits in associated reports
  2. Added a routine to update and fix any invoices that are not showing as paid after receiving full payment

New Features

  1. Added a new ‘Purchase Orders’ module to Sonar!
    1. This module allows you to create and manage your Purchase Orders, create and maintain a list of vendors and their related products and prices, and easily create inventory items that are received through a Purchase Order.
    This feature is currently only available for closed beta until Wednesday, November 16th when it will be made available to all users.

Improvements

  1. Updated entity links found in tables to behave like standard links, including the ability to open in a new tab within your browser
    1. Links that only open the sidebar will now display an icon next to the name to indicate they are sidebar only links

Bug Fixes

  1. Fixed an issue where the Job Length would not reflect the correct time after cloning a job and adjusting the Job Type
  2. Fixed an issue where Correspondence emails on an account would be removed after deleting the associated contact
