The Table View in Sonar allows users to quickly assess the status of all jobs—scheduled or unscheduled—for the current week. It centralizes access to job details, filters, and actions, enabling users to manage jobs efficiently from a single interface.

Before getting started with jobs, your user roles will need to be adjusted to account for the permissions required to use the Table View feature.

Weekly Summary

At the top center, the Table View displays a weekly summary of job types:

  1. Grey Box: Total number of scheduled jobs for each day.
  2. Green Box: Number of successfully completed jobs for each day.
  3. Red Box: Number of failed jobs for each day.
Clicking a job type opens a side panel with details for that job type, with an option to go to the Job Type Management page.

Job Table Overview

The main job table lists all jobs with details including:

  1. Job Type & Duration: Includes estimated time and scheduled date/time.
  2. Associated Tickets: Shows linked tickets; clicking opens the ticket in a new window.
  3. Location & Assignee: Clicking the assignee name opens their profile.
  4. Attachments: Icons for Tasks, Notes, and Files show what’s attached to the job, with a count displayed when items are present.
  5. Job Status:
    1. Not Scheduled: Job created but not yet scheduled.
    2. Not Started: Scheduled but not yet started.
    3. Ongoing Timer: Activated once the tech checks in.
    4. Completed: Job was completed successfully.
    5. Failed: Job completed but marked unsuccessful.
  6. Action Buttons: depend on the job’s status.
    1. Completed jobs: View Details, Clone
    2. Uncompleted jobs: Check In, Unschedule, Reschedule, Edit, Delete, View Details, Clone
    3. Checked-in jobs: Complete Job, Check Out, Edit, Delete, View Details, Clone

Clicking the arrow icon opens a sidebar with full job details.

Above the Job Table list, a filter panel lets you narrow results using:

  1. The Search bar allows for a quick Term Search or Filter selection. Pressing Enter is required to begin the search if you are not using a Filter preset or a Saved Filter.
  2. The Filter button will open the Filter editor, which allows you to choose a preset filter and then narrow down the subset items.
  3. Applied Filters allows you the ability to see the number of filters you have selected for your current view. It also allows you to hover over the number and view what filters are in use, or clear the selection by clicking on the “x”.
  4. The Save button allows you to save your filter options as a Public Saved Filter or Private Saved Filter
  5. The Sorter allows you to select how you sort the results of your filtered information.
For more information, see the Filtering: Overview article.
  1. Navigation to other Scheduling Views: Use the main menu to switch between scheduling views—Dispatcher View, Jobs Table, or Week View.
  2. Create Job: Use the “Create Job” button to add a new job directly from this view.
