New Features

  1. Suspected spam is now automatically flagged and moved to a dedicated Spam tab in the Tickets section, reducing ticket clutter and helping you focus on legitimate correspondence. Messages can be manually reviewed and reclassified to ensure nothing important gets missed—no configuriation required

Improvements

  1. Introduced an additional SMS Saved Message option for Outage Resolved
  2. Updated the payment process in the Customer Portal to align with eCommerce standards

    Changes include displaying accepted credit card logos, showing the amount due and any invoices with outstanding balances, listing merchant contact and address infromation, identifying the transaction currency, and linking to relevant policies—such as Refund, Privacy, and Terms & Conditions—when provided

Bug Fixes

  1. Resolved an issue that allowed Invoice Attachments to be created or edited with start dates in the past
  2. Resolved an issue where serial numbers entered in lowercase could cause provisioning failures with Adtran Mosaic Cloud (Beta)

    This expansion of our Custom Fields feature allows users to define and report on service-level attributes—such as categorizing services by type

This improvement has been rolled back due to an issue identified following its deployment

Bug Fixes

  1. Resolved an issue where transactions with a "Closed" dispute status through sonarPay were not displayed as disputed in the Transactions table
  2. Resolved a rare issue that could result in duplicate autopay transactions being processed for some accounts; available credits will now be applied to invoices before calculating the autopay amount
  3. Resolved an issue where job status updates from the Field Tech App were not appearing in the Dispatcher View without a browser refresh
