The View History and All Logs sections allow users to review activity across the Sonar instance.

View History shows records of users viewing entities, such as accounts, addresses, inventory items, tickets, jobs, and other assigned entities.

All Logs shows action-based system activity, including changes made to entities, the type of entity changed, the user involved, and the date and time of the activity.

Permissions

Before getting started with the feature, your user roles will need to be adjusted to account for the permissions required to use the View History and All Logs feature.

If you're a Super Admin, you already have full access, and no changes are needed. To learn more, see the Roles and Permissions article.
